All courses are for up to 12 people. We will come to a venue of your choice or you can join a scheduled course, contact us for more details
1 Day (6 hours)
Basic First aid.
Suitable for working with adults or children.
Ideal for any emergency situation.
2 Days (16 Hours)
Ideal for outdoor pursuits instructors, incorporating various scenarios.
Recognised by B.A.S.I. / M.L.T.B. / R.Y.A.
Emergency first Aid at work -
1 days (6 Hours)
Recognised by HSE. Suitable for the work place
Recommended annual refresher of 3 hours. Mandatory 2 days requalification every 3 years
3 days (18 hours)
Recognised by HSE. Recommended annual refresher of 3 hours
Mandatory 2 day (12 hours) requalification every 3 years
Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
1 Day ( 6 hours)
Any individuals who have access to and are expected to use an Automatic External Defibrillator either at work or recreation.
½ Day (3 hours)
HSE recommendation. Annual up date.
Not everyone uses their first aid knowledge regularly so to stop skills fading top up annually.
First Aid at Work Requalification
2 Days (12 Hours)
Recognised by HSE. For anyone who needs to renew and update their first aid at work certificate, providing their existing first aid at work certificate is valid at the beginning of the course.
