Who needs + F Emergency First Aid at Work?
HSE compliant and recognised by Forest and Land Scotland.
If you work in forestry, you already know the risks. Chainsaws, heavy machinery, remote locations, and unpredictable terrain mean that when something goes wrong, you're the first response — and the ambulance could be thirty minutes away or more.
The EFAW+F is a one-day, eight-hour course designed specifically for forestry operatives and land workers. It covers what actually happens in the forest: life-threatening bleeds, crush injuries, hypothermia, heat exhaustion, and managing a seriously injured casualty while waiting for help that isn't close.
This is not a sit-down-and-watch course. Forestry workers don't do classrooms, and neither do we.
The day is active, practical, and moves fast — built around real scenarios, real skills, and the kind of training that sticks when the pressure is on.
Run monthly in Fort William — never cancelled for low numbers. Available at your site anywhere across the Highlands and Islands.
